We don’t hate you on our fix the country demand

Former Kumawood actress and now an ordained Minister Gloria Kani has said that people clamouring for the country to be fixed do not hate anyone.

She believes that they mean good for the country and are willing to put their heads on the chopping board in Ghana.

Gloria Kani made this known while sharing a video of her community flooded after a short rain.

“When we shout fix the country we don’t hate anybody. It’s about some of these things. My area is flooded and the water has taken a number of my stuff away. The leaders in the country need to do more to prevent such happenings,” she said.

Parts of Kumasi also got flooded including the popular Kejetia Market which was built by John Dramani Mahama.

Photos shared on social media are heart wrenching as the wares of people are taken way by the water.

There are perennial floods in parts of Ghana during the rainy season in Ghana. Accra been the hardest hit over the years as floods have led to the death of several Ghanaians.
