Mona Gucci has made a new post that indirectly makes nonsense of Afia Schwar’s position on Reverend Obofour getting enstooled by the Ga opinion leaders as a chief a few days ago.
The founder of Anointed Palace Chapel (APC), Rev. Obofour whose real name is Francis Kwaku Antwi Agyie was made a paramount chief by the Ga Traditional Area and given the title Nii Adotey Gyata I a few days ago.
Afia Schwarzenegger and some Ghanaians mostly Gas have criticized the decision for making a non-indigene a chief. Afia in particular said Obofour doesn’t know how to speak the Ga language and besides he is not a son of the soil hence she is finding it difficult to understand why he was made a chief to a land alien to him.
Mona Gucci has however made a post to school Afia Schwar by using Hollywood star Steven Seagal as a case study.
She took to Instagram to write, “Many years—ago wen I was still a kid— I Remember—Hollywood actor STEVEN SEAGAL visited Ghana—and out of his philanthropic works—he was made a development king (Nkosuor Hene) Eastern regions—(ADA) what am I arriving at?— I sincerely think— Rev Oborfuor being made—a king in a ga traditional area—doesn’t hurt a fly.
She added, “Steven SEAGAL doesn’t speak any of our languages—the only language he understands is “DEVELOPMENT,PEACE,UNITY N LOVE”…., we r one people with different languages—and a common goal—let’s unite n work towards it—let’s all leave rev Oborfuor alone n concentrate on FIXING THE COUNTRY……the government can’t do everything let’s allow the rich individuals to help out too—Tannnkkeewww…”
