Radio personality Afia Pokuaa believes Ghana needs an alternative leadership to challenge the current political parties that have taken the country for ransom.
According to her, the country has tried the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) but no change has been seen and therefore there is the need for a new kind of leadership in the country.
Making this known in a submission made on Accra-based Okay FM, the media personality said “it’s imperative that the country looks for an alternative leadership. We have tried NDC and NPP and there is no change. The change we see is not significant as we expect it to be. We are improving at a snail pace. I say we have tried the NDC and the NPP for thirty years.
Don’t come and give me any bull that solution to Ghana’s problems lies in the bossom of the NDC and the NPP because over the last thirty years they have governed the country.”
Vim lady as she is popularly referred to said she is willing to support the youth if they decide to contest the two leading political parties in the country.
To Vim lady, the youth should not continue with their insults on social media but rather come together and form a political party to ensure that they wrestle power from the two leading political parties in the country.
