All you need to know about Kissi Agyebeng Ghana’s Special Prosecutor nominee

The Minister for Justice and Attorney General Godfred Dame is said to have written to the President of Ghana nominating Kissi Agyebeng as Special Prosecutor.

Reports indicates that the letter was sent to the President on April 16 and a decision is yet-to-be made on the choice of person to replace Martin Amidu who cited interference from the Presidency for his resignation prior to the 2020 election.

Currently Lawyer Kissi Agyebeng is the chairman of the Electronic Communications Tribunal. The legal practitioner is a managing partner at Cromwell Gray LLP.
