Social Media users have been thrown into a state of Mourning following the death of a 4 year old girl identified as Afia Adepa.
A couple of days ago, Adepa was announced Missing by the family as they beg the Public to help them find her.
However Adepa has been found with her head cut off. According to the information gathered, she was found on a Refuse dump with her head cut off.
She was identified by the family by her cloth.
